All of our products are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, or change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Wrong Size or Color Ordered

Please carefully check the size chart, color, and product details before placing your order. We cannot offer refunds or replacements if the wrong size or color was selected by the customer.
